Tinkle Nappies Ltd does not sell, rent, or in any way share your personal information with other businesses or vendors. Your e-mail address and telephone number are used exclusively for correspondence regarding your order, and are kept strictly confidential.

Policies

• Freight has been calculated based on your delivery location, post code and the number of items to be delivered.
• An email notification message will be sent to the email address you provided when the transaction process is complete.
• All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation of any orders placed must be completed before goods are dispatched.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from their date of purchase and are not transferable for cash. They be used for any Tinkle product including shipping, and Tinkle’s standard return and cancellation policies apply for any orders dispatched.

Returns

If you purchase our nappies and they’re the wrong size or your baby outgrows them, Tinkle Nappies Ltd is happy to exchange unopened packages of nappies for the correct size within 3 months of your purchase.

No exchanges or refunds are given on sale items, or for change of mind or circumstances.

Return courier fees are the responsibility of the party making the return.

Account Payments

Account holders will be emailed a copy of each invoice, along with a statement of amounts owing at the start of each month.

Our standard payment terms are the 20th of the month following the month of the invoice date.
i.e. if you order in March your invoice/s need to be paid on or before the 20th of April.
